 | Infrastructure We possess a fully equipped manufacturing unit situated at EPIP Boranada Industrial Area, in the city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Rajasthan is famous for its rich cultural heritage and at the same time for its saga of manufacturing beautiful wooden furniture. This ancient dimension adds more charm to our products as each item relates a legacy of ancient glory. The manufacturing unit has all the modern facilities that enable us to manufacture furniture of truly magnificent standards. The manufacturing unit is divided into different parts that undertake different functions thus exhibiting a systematic manufacturing process. |

This is so because, the designs are traditional but the machinery used for the purpose of the furniture is modern. Our designers have huge experience and design products keeping in mind the end and practical usage. Quality The entire manufacturing process is so planned that there is utmost attention given to quality of the products. The entire production process undergoes proper scrutiny of our team of experts so that in case of any mistakes, it can be rectified then and there. Only after rectification at a particular stage the next step is undertaken. Such strict quality monitoring helps us maintain quality of a very high standard that is very much needed in today's highly competitive market. |
Raw Material The main factor that has enabled us to have a cutting edge over our competitors is the raw materials used by us in manufacturing different furniture products and handicrafts. Only treated and seasoned wood is used and we have proper covered warehouse for storing of seasoned wood. The main varieties of wood used are Sheesham, Mango and Acacia. We also use Teak and Pine on special occasions when requested by our clients. It has been found that generally Teak and Pine is expensive for export from India.
We have a special team that inspects the wood at the supply centers and only the best quality wood is selected. The wood selected is treated and seasoned and piled up in stacks according to different grades thus facilitating production. We take special care in this process as only best quality wood is supposed to be considered for production. |
Finishing The finishing provided in our furniture pieces is our main attraction as they make the items look extremely beautiful. The major finishes provided by us are- Stain, Sealer, Lacquer, Wax, Paint, Semi-Finished, hand-painted finishes etc. All the finishes provided by us are available in different tones and shades thus pampering the customer for choices. The different shades are standardized on customer's choice.
Packing
We take a lot of care in the packaging of our products and superior quality materials are used for the same. We generally pack our products by putting foam corners, wrapping with foam sheets and then finally placing them in corrugated boxes. We provide ultimate protection to whatever we pack and deliver. |
